Double Density CorePAD® w/cover

This CorePAD is manufactured from foam that is double the density of the original. It is ideal for adding a firm foundation to the original PAD primarily for sidebends and/or extensions especially in taller/heavier clients.

Due to the density this pad it is highly recommended to use one or two layers of the original PAD on top.

The layers of this CorePAD are numbered in RED to easily recognize them when combining with layers of the original.

WARNING: Progression to the use of this insert requires completely re-evaluating the number of layers required.
DO NOT assume that the same number of total layers can be used after these are inserted as the base for the CorePAD.

NOTE: Precise use of all RTS Exercise Tools is not as obvious as it may seem. They are not recommended for use by trainers that have not attended RTS courses that include detailed execution, progression, and cuing of/on the specific device!
