RTS3 Practical/Hands-On Labs
Taught exclusively by Tom Purvis, RTS3 is in transition from live lecture modules to online lecture videos for Science 1, Science 2, and the specific musculoskeletal mechanics portion of each practical module. In essence, any time that has historically been spent sitting in the RTS classroom and not in the gym, will soon be online. This will not only eliminate the time constraints created by a 3.5 day course (allowing for longer/more detailed content coverage and endless opportunity for the student's review of information), but also will allow for ala carte purchasing of chapters/topics to help spread out the student's expenses, not to mention eliminating travel expenses for two of the five modules!
All practical modules will remain live and will have more hands-on and equipment analysis time due to the pertinent musculoskeletal mechanics lecture portion being online.
The goal is to have these online by the end of April, which is well before the next Science 1 historically would've been placed on the calendar.
RTS3 is based upon the classic principles of mastery: the discipline for exploring and examining the details in depth, the wisdom of evolving beyond protocols by developing a thought process and, the surrender of biases and emotional attachments to be replaced by objectivity, and the unconditional love for the process of life-long learning.
As of May 2019 RTS3 will encompasses approximately 60 hours of exercise mechanics lectures online as well as the 10.5 days of hands-on practical modules.
