- RTS is for the Exercise Professional (or enthusiast evolving into an Exercise Professional) and therein focuses on others... Client-Defined exercise design and delivery.
- The scope of Foundations Practical includes the analysis and delivery of resistance exercises for "real people" and "general fitness".
- It does not include specifics of decision making associated with rehab, sports performance, bodybuilding, etc. These topics are covered in RTSM.
- Explore the requisite investigation required to design client-defined, custom fit exercises®.
- Explore the triage, modification, and progression of exercise execution and associated delivery and cuing options.
- Identify structural influences in exercise design decisions.
- Identify multiple joint muscle influences in exercise design decisions.
- Identify the three factors associated with "foldability" and how the decision making required.
- Review the 3 associated Strength Profiles and create appropriate resistance profiles.
