- Email support@RTS123.com including the following information:
- the list of specific items you would like
- city, country, mailing code, etc.
- phone number with country code
- If you have supplied the required information, you will be notified of shipping costs to you location for that specific order.
- Identifying local taxes, tariffs, and customs requirements to obtain the order once it has been delivered to your country is your responsibility.
- Return the agreement that you will accept all charges with your payment. This will be submitted to the credit card company to resolve any disputed charges.
- As expected shipping costs vary based upon distance. Furthermore, prices can vary from week to week based not only upon influences such as fuel prices, but also the current international and even domestic political climate.
- As a general rule the lowest available shipping prices will be at least as much as the product itself with some carriers being as much as two to three times the product price. Keep in mind that both size and weight are factors. Many of the products are made of foam, but are relatively large.
- There are four primary carriers that have dramatically different pricing.
- USPS – the United States Postal Service is typically the least expensive. The primary reason for this is that it only takes responsibility for a package being delivered to a given country’s customs department, not to the delivery address! After clearing customs your country’s postal service becomes entirely responsible for delivery.
- Please note that while shipping companies will typically take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, your domestic postal service is entirely responsible for any loss or damages occurring once it takes receipt.
- The following carriers typically reacquire the package after clearing customs and take responsibility for delivery to the listed address.
- DHL is the most widely used international shipping carrier. It typically the most expensive by far.
- UPS and FedEx pricing is commonly between USPS and DHL.
