Shipping to HI and AK

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not fully covered by the standard shipping prices.

An additional shipping fee of 100% the standard shipping rate for the contiguous 48 states will be added to AK and HI orders.
E.g. CorePAD shipping is currently $25 due primarily to the size of the box. An Additional $25 will be added for shipping to AK and HI.
