The Online Lectures are not included in Practical Lab registration and are available for purchase in the Course Library and viewing via your Account page ONLY through the video hosting site ExerciseProfessional.com.

Specific levels are required for Foundations and Mastery as listed in the respective "details" page for each.

The information in these videos is advanced for the fitness industry.

RTS uses them purely as a complement to and prerequisite for the Foundations Practical Labs and Mastery Advanced Hands-on Labs. Because RTS is primarily focused on live, practical, and hands-on labs, appropriate prerequisites are required. Alone theses lecture videos cannot possibly clarify the detailed decision-making process required to create Client-Defined Custom Fit Exercises for each and every individual client or patient. They are absolutely critical to ensure and maximize the Lab experience and ensure each student is on the same page.

It is vital that these be watched with the goals of absorption and practical understanding. The language and mindset utilized in all RTS classes is very different from any organization, certification, or university degree program. It is not based upon memorization, protocols, and mindlessness. The development of a professional, Client-Defined thought process is vital. Therefore, do not experience these lectures as if you were half-watching mindless entertainment or blindly following the belief systems and opinions of social media "gurus".

Are the Online Lectures required for RTS2?

    • Level 1000 Courses
    • Specific 2000 Level Courses:
      • 2201 Force 1
      • 2401 Torque 1
      • 2403 Resistance Mechanics 1
      • 2404 Muscle Mechanics 1
      • 2501 Orchestration
    • Level 4000 Courses specifically associated with the Practical Lab you are attending (UE, LE, SpTr)
  • The minimum recommended prerequisites consist of approximately 50 hours of Online Lectures.
  • These Courses are absolutely critical in order to begin to communicate and think beyond "accredited trainer certification" levels, and to get the minimum understanding from the Practical Labs.

These lectures provide the foundational knowledge from basic to advanced Exercise Mechanics (Resistance Mechanics, Musculoskeletal Mechanics, and neuromuscular Orchestration) which will be expected in order to participate fully in RTS2 Practical Labs.

Are the Online Lectures required for RTS3?

PREREQUISITE ONLINE LECTURES FOR RTS3 ADVANCED HANDS-ON LABS INCLUDE:
COURSE LEVELS 1000 through 5000 (4000s specific to the respective Lab you are attending)

RTS3 (formerly RTSm) was originally five modules (20 total days) with Science 1 and Science 2 required before the three Hands-on Labs. These two prerequisite modules, which combined totaled 56 hours of information, each required four days of travel and accommodations. Therefore, to complete both of these prerequisites domestic students spent approximately $2000 in travel/accommodations and $2000 in registration fees. International students spent approximately an additional $3000 in travel/accommodations! The current prerequisite online lectures that replace Science 1 and Science 2, total well over 100 hours of information... for the same price! They are far more detailed and offer vital perspectives never before available in live presentations... AND you don't have to travel to get those lecture classes the way thousands did in the past!

The currently available prerequisite lectures are divided into individual topics/courses (approximately 100 hours) and are all that are required at this time; new ones are being added weekly and will be roughly 120 hours when complete. These lectures are available through an exclusive and limited early launch of the Course Library on PersonalTraining.com. This backdoor access (go) was created exclusively for RTS students.
